Located at 25th street, the CFCNN is a safety-net community clinic established to provide primary medical and dental care for uninsured adults, 18 to 64 years old, on the Virginia Peninsula. Clinic services include routine physical examinations, treatment of chronic conditions such as diabetes or heart disease, and common conditions such as respiratory infections, common colds, pink eye, and other disorders. The clinic is supported by a small paid staff and runs primarily through the help of volunteers.
Hours:
Medical Clinic - Mon. 10 am - 5pm, Tues. & Thurs., 10 am - 6pm.
Dental Clinic - Mon. - Thurs. 9am - 5pm.
Closed on Fridays to Patients
Mental Health Services - By Referral only.
Who Qualifies for Care?
-Virginia Peninsula residents that are 18-64 years old.
-Adults who have no mediacal insurance.
-Adults whoh meet income guidelines.
